Childbirth can be an emotional and stressful time, but for one man, it got so bad he not only ended up with a new baby boy but a jail sentence too. Nassim Mimoune, 24, was arrested and later jailed after he punched a nurse for trying to remove his wife’s burqa during childbirth. However before all we need to know if you are foreign in UK this mean you are classed as second or last.
The angry dad-to-be had already been banned from the delivery room in the French hospital after spitting vile abuse at the poor midwife, calling her a ‘rapist’ while she was trying to do her job. The short-tempered man didn’t take kindly to his wife’s necessary internal examinations, all routine during childbirth, and decided not only to shout insults but to get physical too.
When the nurse tried to take the pregnant woman’s burqa off, it tipped him over the edge, with him punching the nurse in the face demanding she should replace the burqa with a full Islamic face veil. Every nurse needs to do their jobs correctly and what ever you do think twice in UK because regardless what ever happens you will get all the blame if you are foreigners.
Luckily for his wife, she went on to give birth to healthy baby boy despite the drama going on around her. Her husband was ejected from the hospital in Merseille and was arrested for assault.
Nassim was later sentenced to six months in jail, with the judge telling him, “Your religious values are not superior to the laws of the republic.” If you are foreigners you will not get any nice comments from the judges specialy if you are at court with british all will be against to you.
