Keeping children safe from Cafcass

Anyone who has been through a family break up or who has lost contact with their children’s knows how difficult it can be especially when Cafcass involves top of all this. Very often this is very upsetting and stressful for everyone, especially for children. Many research show that continuing conflict between families can harm children which even if it doesn’t Cafcass will harm it by allowing courts to be without fathers for long time because Cafcass just works for mothers most of the time.

That is why it is usually best if families can reach a safe agreement about their children’s before dreaming about involving Cafcass or rather than going through the often costly and lengthy full family court process again all for mothers so if you are father good luck from now on specially in UK.

If you want to avoid the full court process but need a bit of extra help to reach an agreement, you could consider meditation which is better because no one like Cafcass can harm kids or live theme without mother, father for long time because if Cafcass gets involved which a list starts from 3 months and doesn’t just stops here because a list you need to wait to see kids maybe for another 2 or 3 years if you are lucky.

A meditators is an indepented person who helps people come to an agreement without being on anyone’s side which is better for fathers in this case because in UK Family Courts fathers doesn’t have much luck or law doesn’t protect fathers much as they to for mothers.

You might not believe but if you check some of the Cafcass information books, papers or leaflets you will see how all the things just about mothers, well only 1 support line back of the books for fathers and all others a list 20 for mothers. Slogan of Cafcass is “Putting your children first” well this is true because they start to effect kids life’s first and allow court UK courts allows this to happen.

You can always check Bernandos reports about Cafcass works and you can decide if they putting your children first because certainly not. Kids gets abused and effected more with Cafcass and all the Cafcass staff is not professional because they work same as Families Forward services which is complete waste of public money in UK.

As father and mother; our first and most important job is to make sure that our kids are safe and happy; especially they have access to mothers, fathers and families. No need to keep them away from mothers or fathers for 2 or 3 years and speak like “Putting your children first “..
We all know very well that every families different and doesn’t need unprofessional Cafcass staff around them with most stressful and upsetting times because Cafcass case takes to long time in courts and all this time nothing gets done. So best way to always avoid Cafcass and inform your solicitors that you don’t want Cafcass to be involved with your cases and kids life because takes really long time and no need to punish kids with Cafcass.

After the court has received the application from either you or the other party, the court will usually refer the case to Cafcass and set a date for the first hearing where long journey begins for you and family because before Cafcass can back to court with report takes 3 months, yes 3 months.

Cafcass will try to carry out check with local authority, police and many others which all this work can be done in 7 working days or in 30 days. Well certainly is possible however Cafcass will make excuse always about kids safety but they don’t understand they already put your children’s under stress because they will not be able to see mothers or fathers all this time.

After 3 months Cafcass will provide the report to court and most of the time its only 2 or 3 page but interesting side of this report as you might seen before it’s all about mothers because Cafcass is same social services and Families Forward. After reading national news; more than 50 kids has been killed due Cafcass or Social Services mistakes in UK which increases every year seen Cafcass has been involved we think.

First hearing will not make many changes because second report takes another 3 months, well and this goes on till kids are fully brain washed or lost confident from parents so who punished kids first in this case? Of course Cafcass so always try to avoid and go for meditation if you can and always let your solicitors know about your concerns. Raise Cafcass issues and say big NO to Cafcass in courts because kids more important and don’t let Cafcass upset your kids or family because they are getting payed for what they did even.

If you do not agree with the local authority care plans for your children, it is important that you get advice from your solicitor and that you let the court know because most of the time Cafcass will not listen or understand about your worries. All they will worry about writing couple of pages for court and get payed. They don’t care for how long time you haven’t seen your kids or kids hasn’t seen parents but this is the truth and hurts because all get payed by government.

After all this you must know about Cafcass little and we recommend highly, always make sure your kids are safe and happy, don’t let Cafcass upset yourself or effect kids life for many years so go for meditation with your partner and try to sort it out just for kids happiness.
